Whitty Asked: What are some low calorie foods for a vegetarian?

That will still get me full that is. I do eat dairy.
Please don't preach on your beliefs about vegetarianism. I'm not looking for that! LOL.
I just need to lose some weight before I pop.
Also I have recipes but I need foods I can eat throughout the day as I don't have time to cook!

Look up Emeril Vegetarian recipes. He does amazing work with creating healthy, delicious, vegetarian food dishes. I personally am not a vegetarian. I don't like vegetables all that much. But, I've tried his recipes and they are really great. It proves that even a non-vegetarian will be satisfied with his recipes. You should really try them. They're great. I hope this helped, hun. (:

Pretty much any vegetable! lol but I do know there are a few vegetables like celery that actually take more calories to metabolize than the celery provides.

Drink green tea or ginger tea.Lessen or remove foods that are high in fat and high in salt and sugar around your house. Sodas, candy bars, cookies, and other junk foods as well as beer and alcoholic drinks should be thrown away or kept to a minimum.

Veggies?. duh!

They have almost no cals and they are great to make you feel full cos of fiber in them. You don't have to cook them, you can just ate them raw. They taste great. Or you can make some salad, it does not take more than 5 min. ^^
