TransGrid, a New South Wales state owned corporation and one of Australia's leading electricity transmission network service providers currently has a vacancy for a Senior Human Resources Advisor - Temporary for 12 months within the People, Strategy & Corporate Services business unit based in Sydney CBD.

Reporting to the Organisational Development & Culture Change Manager, the Senior Human Resources Advisor is required to:

• Design, implement and deliver Organisational Development projects and activities to support and drive organisational capability and change.
• Deliver projects in a timely and effective manner as required/directed to support the activities of the group.
• To work as a professional resource for the effective delivery of Corporate and Business Unit Initiatives and business as usual activities.

To be considered, applicants must have:

• Possession of appropriate Human Resources or related qualifications at Degree level, or evidence of equivalent competence attained through the performance of work activities.
• Demonstrated and proven high level of knowledge and understanding of current organisational development concepts and practices.
• Demonstrated and good level of knowledge and understanding of current Human Resources issues including areas such as Recruitment, Workplace Relations and Training.
• Demonstrated high level of knowledge and proven experience in project management particularly change projects related to Organisational Development or Human Resources.
• Demonstrated knowledge and experience in working with HR?s business systems.
• High level oral and written communications skills.
• A current NSW driver?s license.
