Alive in 5 Workout 12: The Crumpfle Challenge! | Fitness News ...

Want to get your body moving and challenge that core?

Then try this week?s ?Alive in 5? workout ? ?the Crumpfle challenge!

?

All you need is a little bit of space, a medicine ball and 5 minutes!

?

There are three versions of the Crumpfle (all three are shown in the video below):

1. The forward crumpfle

2. The sideways crumpfle

3. The circle crumpfle

?

The Crumpfle challenge is to perform each exercise for 1 minute (resting 1 minute between exercises), and to see how many repetitions you can do in each minute!?
